We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work in our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because many of our products are printed on demand or shipped directly from third-party suppliers, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

We accept returns for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Significant print or manufacturing error

  • Item not matching the product description

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

2. Time Limit

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within:

After 14 days, we may not be able to process a claim.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue one of the following:

  • A free replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit

You may not need to return the original item depending on supplier rules.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Print-on-demand items

  • Digital files or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production or fulfillment begins.
Since many products begin processing quickly, cancellations may not always be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at info@luvo365.com.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We cannot offer exchanges for sizing or color errors made by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates

Luvo365 LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

However, we will do our best to help by filing a carrier investigation if needed.
