1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information when your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (availability varies by product and region)

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
Luvo365 LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, you may request a reshipment by paying a reshipping fee.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luvo365.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with you to replace or refund the item.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

  • If still unresolved, email us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
    Luvo365 LLC is not responsible for packages lost after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in your shipping cost.
